By using Elementrix services, you agree to the following terms. Elementrix provides independent analytical testing for research samples only. All results are intended for research and informational purposes.
1. Research-only use
All materials, products, and services offered are intended for research and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Elementrix does not provide medical advice. For any health-related concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
2. Sample submission
Customers are responsible for shipping samples to our laboratory in accordance with the instructions provided after ordering. Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the shipment of their samples.
3. Results & turnaround
Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 business days from sample receipt. Rush testing may be available subject to instrument availability. Certificates of Analysis are issued digitally and tied to a unique batch identifier.
4. Confidentiality
Your contact information and sample metadata are handled confidentially. Public verification records contain only the data required to confirm authenticity of an issued certificate.
5. Limitation of liability
Elementrix's liability for any claim arising from its services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific testing service in question. Elementrix makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated.
