Elementrix provides objective third-party analytical services, including analysis and interpretation (the “Lab Services”), to you, the client, subject exclusively to the terms outlined herein (this “Agreement”). By ordering Lab Services, the client acknowledges and accepts this Agreement.

 

Elementrix specializes in the analysis of health, fitness, and lifestyle supplements as well as research chemicals (the “Sample”). By submitting a Sample for analysis, you certify that it is:

 

• NOT a human specimen

• NOT a controlled substance

• NOT infectious or immunogenic

• NON-HAZARDOUS

 

 

Elementrix reserves the right to decline or rescind acceptance of any Sample that, in Elementrix’s sole discretion, is of insufficient volume, fails to meet the company’s submission standards, or poses an unreasonable risk in handling or analysis. Until delivery and formal acceptance of the Sample by Elementrix, all risk of loss or damage remains with the client.

 

Elementrix will perform the Lab Services in accordance with its internal quality assurance and standard operating procedures. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that Elementrix’s standard practices meet their specific needs prior to placing an order. Upon completion of analysis, clients will be provided online access to results through Elementrix’s Verify portal.

 

Elementrix shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting, directly or indirectly, from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, acts or omissions of the client, labor disputes, natural disasters, accidents, wars, civil unrest, equipment malfunction, contamination affecting instruments, supply shortages, or transportation and delivery disruptions.

 

Elementrix reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the Lab Services after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
